Kampala is the capital city of Uganda surrounded by seven hills at the elevation of about 3,900 feet and its sited in the southern part of the country, north of the famous, Lake Victoria. The city has a variety of attractions to see including, the King's palace, Bahai Temple, the National Museum, Old Kampala Mosque, Landing sites along Lake Victoria, Namugono Martyrs Shrine, Kasubi Tombs, Ndere Cultural Center, Lubaga Cathedral and King's Lake. Kampala is also famous for its night life including night clubs, street foods, casinos and cinemas.
Day 1: Jinja Adventure & Source of the Nile

Your adventure begins with a pick-up from your hotel, followed by a scenic drive to Jinja. Along the way, you will make a stop at Mabira Forest, a lush tropical rainforest. Enjoy a guided nature walk where you may spot a variety of wildlife, including red-tailed monkeys, white colobus monkeys, and grey-cheeked mangabeys, along with over 200 tree species and numerous bird species.
Continue your journey to Jinja for lunch. In the afternoon, visit the Source of the Nile and take a boat ride to witness where the mighty Nile River begins its 6,500 km journey from Lake Victoria to the Mediterranean Sea. After the day’s exploration, you will head to your hotel for dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 2: Water Rafting & Return to Kampala
​
After breakfast, head to Adrift for an exhilarating water rafting experience on the Nile River. Feel the thrill as you navigate the rapids – an adventure you won’t forget!
Lunch in Jinja follows, after which you will begin your return journey to Kampala. On the way, you will stop at Sezibwa Falls, a culturally significant site with fascinating stories and serene surroundings.
Continue your drive back to Kampala, where you will be dropped off at either your hotel or the airport for your departure.
